Evans Classic Cool 180°

Evans Classic Cool 180°

Waterless Coolant for Classic Cars

A waterless engine coolant specially formulated for classic vehicles. Classic Cool 180º protects engine cooling systems from -40ºC to 180ºC. The unique properties prevent many of the problems associated with waterbased coolants such as Corrosion and Overheating.

Benefits

No Water - No Overheating
Classic Cool 180 has a boiling point of 180°C and will not boilover.

No Water - No Corrosion
Water contains oxygen, oxygen allows corrosion. Classic Cool 180 eliminates corrosion.

No Water - No Pressure
Classic Cool 180 allows your cooling system to run at a lower pressure, reducing the strain on engine components.

No Water - No Liner Pitting

Classic Cool 180 generates significantly less pitting when compared with all water based coolants.

No Water - More BHP
Classic Cool 180 eliminates premature detonation associated with overheating.

Evans Prep Fluid

Evans Prep Fluid

Hygroscopic Engine Flush

A preparatory engine flush for use with Classic Cool 180° and Vintage Cool 180°. Formulated to hygroscopically absorb water, whilst removing loose dirt and scale from your cooling system.

Benefits

Absorbs Water
Before filling your system with Evans Waterless Coolant it should be as free from water as possible. Evans Prep Fluid hygroscopically absorbs any residual water remaining in the system after draining.

System Flush
Evans Prep Fluid actively removes the loose dirt and scale from your cooling system which can cause inefficient heat transfer.

System 1s

System 1s

Price: £324.11 (£388.93 Including VAT at 20%)

This starter kit will enable you to enter the exciting world of water injection: a high-power magnetic piston pump and a specially-designed atomising jet form the basis of this rugged system 1. The water-pump is activated when an adjustable pressure switch, fitted to the inlet manifold, reaches its preset point: delivery rate can be altered by changing water-jet sizes.

System 2c

System 2c

Price: £420.78 (£504.94 Including VAT at 20%)

This newly developed system is designed solely for users equipped with their own ECU so he can program his own water injection map. This system is being used by two top works WRC teams in the 1999 World Rally Championship. The system provides a pre-pressurised water line up to 8 bars and the flow rate is metered by our latest High speed Valve (HSV). The inline valve is made of high grade Stainless steel and capable of achieving a cycling rate of over 250Hz.

System 2d

Price: £474.00 (£568.80 Including VAT at 20%)

For those who wants a 3-D water injection MAP but do not want to spend the time-consuming task of mapping, this system is perfect for you.
The heart of the system is a newly developed controller that reads the PWM signal from the engine's fuel injector (including Peak and Hold type) and convert it to drive the High Speed Valve to deliver water, it draws less than 10ma from the pulsed line. This will enable the water injection to follow a fixed water/fuel ratio.
A 3-30psi Adjustable Pressure Switch (normally closed) sets the cut-in point relative to the manifold pressure. It just cannot be simpler for the user.
The system provides a pre-pressurised water line up to 8 bars and the flow rate is metered by our High speed Valve (HSV). This inline valve is made of high grade Stainless steel. As usual, except for the water tank, the system is supplied with everything needed to be fitted with ease.

System 2s

Price: £585.68 (£702.82 Including VAT at 20%)

This is the ultimate water injection system: its function is directly comparable to a standard car's fuel injection system, except it controls water-flow. In addition, it has diagnostic circuitry designed to detect blocked water-jets and cut pipes. A special output link from the ECU can inform other systems in the event of a fault condition, so boost-pressure can be lowered to minimise engine damage. A pre-pressurized system enables instant response on demand.
