-The composite prop will save around 0.8kg to a 2kg over the standard solution. Although this does not sound astonishing at a first glance it is rotating inertia (mass) we are saving and should provide a noticeable benefit to the driver. This will help during hard acceleration and pickup, it may also have a positive effect during heavy braking scenarios due to the reduced rotating mass to slow down.
-The composite prop will also add to the dampening of the driveline. Where high tuned car produce massive torque spikes that can damage gearboxes, diff etc. The CTG TORQline composite prop will actually twist slightly and absorb much of the shock loading into other components, it will also smooth the delivery of the power to the wheels.
